 | Having recieved Adam's phone call regarding recruitment, we later met and ran through details of the role I was looking to fill and what type of candidate I was looking for. Within two days, as agreed, Adam produced several CV's of a very high standard - and arranged four interviews at a time that suited.
I met the candidates and was amazed they had the exactly skill, experience and attitude that I had requested - all were more than capable and we succesfully hired two of the four candidates.

| ADM Specialist Recruitment contacted our Company to enquire if they could help with any current or future vacancies.
As our Company is a NVOCC I was at first reluctant to advertise as we do not handle accounts from our office but was assured they also recruited for General Office/Customer Service roles.
Our Company Premises were visited by Adam Morris who asked me to talk him through the organization and what our Company did and what the positions were for.
I received 9 CV's and interviewed 4 candidates over 2 days and from these I did 2 second interviews and found a suitable candidate who started employment with us over just under a month ago.
I was emailed suitable candidates regularly and was left alone to read them and make decisions to who I wanted or not to interview with no constant phone calls pushing me in any direction.
Interviews were arranged to my convenience and an email to confirm appointment sent in a timely manner.
